The short version
  • Keep your account secure and your information accurate.
  • Use Com2Hub only for legitimate community purposes and respect your neighbors.
  • Payments are between you and your community; Com2Hub is the tool that records them.
  • Your community's own bylaws and rules still apply alongside these terms.

1. Acceptance

By registering for, signing in to, or otherwise using Com2Hub you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Data Policy, and Management Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use Com2Hub on behalf of a community, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts & registration

  • Accounts are created by a community administrator, through an invite code, or by self-registration. Self-registrations may require approval before access is granted.
  • You must provide accurate details, including your unit or apartment number, and keep them current.
  • Keep your sign-in methods (password, passkeys, email access) private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell your board or property manager promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • For your protection, sessions end after a period of inactivity.

3. Roles & permissions

What you can do depends on your role — Owner, Tenant, Board Member, Property Manager, or Super Admin — and on the permissions your community has configured. Attempting to reach data or functions outside your access, or to bypass permission checks, is prohibited. Access may be changed or removed when your role or residency changes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access another person's account or another community's data.
  • Post announcements, messages, or documents that are unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, misleading, or that expose others' private information.
  • Upload malware or files you do not have the right to share.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to defeat the security of the platform.
  • Use test or demonstration accounts for real community business.
  • Enter emergency contact or occupant details for people who have not agreed to be listed.

5. Payments & fees

  • Dues, quotas, assessments, and provider payments are set by your community, not by Com2Hub.
  • Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. A payment is complete only once the processor confirms it.
  • Recorded payments, receipts, and reports reflect information supplied by the processor and by community staff. Report any discrepancy to your board or property manager.
  • Refunds, late fees, and disputes follow your community's governing documents and its payment provider's rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, messages, and other content you submit. You grant your community and Com2Hub a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content to the recipients you or your community select, solely to operate the platform. You confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Vehicles & parking

  • Vehicle registrations are requests until approved by authorized staff; status may be Pending, Active, Suspended, or Revoked.
  • Changes to or removal of a registered vehicle are submitted as change requests and may require supporting evidence.
  • Gate access, parking spots, and rental use are granted at your community's discretion and may be withdrawn for rule violations.
  • Keep insurance and registration details current.

8. Communications

You agree to receive service emails such as sign-in links, registration decisions, payment notices, and community announcements. Announcements posted by the board are official notices of your community.

9. Availability & changes

We work to keep Com2Hub available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and planned maintenance or outages may occur. Release notes are published in the app.

10. Disclaimers & liability

Com2Hub is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping and communication tool, not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice, and does not replace your community's governing documents. To the extent permitted by law, Com2Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by community boards and managers using the platform.

11. Suspension & termination

Your access may be suspended or ended if you violate these Terms, if your residency or role ends, or if needed to protect the platform or others. You may stop using Com2Hub at any time; records your community is required to keep will be retained as described in the Data Policy.

12. Governing terms & updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your community operates, unless otherwise required. Where these Terms conflict with your community's bylaws on community matters, the bylaws control. We may revise the Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Questions about this document? Signed-in residents can use Contact the Board; otherwise reach your community's board or property manager directly.
